Honesty over hype
If something will not work for your business, I will say so before we start, not after the invoice.
I work with small brands and independent professionals who know they should be on social media but are tired of guessing. I have run a business myself, so I know the account is the last thing you get to at the end of the day. My job is to take the guessing off your hands and give you a plan you can actually keep.
Here is the part most people get wrong: posting more is not a strategy.
Most accounts do not struggle because of the algorithm. They struggle because there is no clear idea of who they are talking to, what they are known for, or why anyone should care. Once that is decided, the content gets much easier to make and much easier to keep up with.
How I got here
I studied engineering before I ever wrote a caption, and that is still how I look at an account: measure it, change one thing, measure again. I moved into SEO and content editing in 2019, built and ran my own e-commerce brand for three years, took a marketing and sales consultancy course along the way, and later went back to school for a degree in social media management. In between I co-owned a restaurant, which is the fastest way to learn what a small business owner actually has time for. So the method does not come from theory. It comes from writing the captions, planning the grid, answering the messages and watching what moved and what quietly did nothing.
If something will not work for your business, I will say so before we start, not after the invoice.
A rhythm you can sustain beats a burst of content followed by three silent months.
The account should sound like you. My job is to make that voice clearer, not to replace it.
Reach is nice. Conversations, saves and enquiries are better. We track what actually matters to you.
Tell me what is not working. I will tell you honestly whether I can fix it, what it would take, and what it would not.
